Meg White set to tie the knot with Jackson Smith

Meg White the White Stripes drummer is a fellow rocker. Smith's future hubby, Jackson Smith, is the son of punk singer Patti Smith and late MC5 guitarist Fred "Sonic" Smith.


The couple will wed on May 22 in Nashville, sources tell the Detroit Free Press.


"They don't want it to be a circus," said a source close to the pair. "They want it to be about the two of them."
This will be the second marriage for Meg White, who wed fellow White Stripes member Jack White in 1996. The two, who often claim to be siblings, were divorced in 2000 according to court records.
