On Tuesday, L.A. Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb ordered Lutfi to stay away from the pop star Britney Spears and to not contact her for the next three years. The judge issued her ruling after hearing testimony and arguments from the men and lawyers for Spears' father, Jamie.
Although Jamie Spears alleged that Jamie and attorney Jon Eardley had tried to undermine a court ordered conservatorship that granted him control over her personal and financial affairs, Lutfi's attorney contended that he had never threatened the safety of Britney Spears, 27, and the petition didn't meet the standards for issuing a restraining order.
