Britney Spears left a voice mail, presumably for a lawyer who challenging her conservatorship, has been posted on the internet. In the message recorded in January, Britney seeks an assurance that in the process of "eliminating the conservatorship" her current "custodial time" with her children will not be impacted.
A source close to the conservatorship told OK! magazine that the voice in the message is
indeed Britney's."It's the real deal. This is what convinced Jamie to go back to court to have the restraining orders reinstated against Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib."
Britney Spears' conservators obtained a restraining order against her former boyfriend Adnan Ghalib and former manager Sam Lutfi on January 30. Also named in the restraining order was attorney John Eardley.
Eardley, claiming to represent Britney Spears, filed legal papers in a federal court February 2008 requesting it to assume control of the case of Britney's conservatorship because Britney's rights had been compromised in the L.A. County Court system.
