Los Angeles Superior Court Judge- Marsha N Revel, quashed a warrant for arrest of Lindsay Lohan. But Lindsay Lohan was relieved yesterday. The Warrant against Lindsay Lohan was issued late last week after claims that Lohan had violated the parole terms that are in place for drugs and drink driving offences from 2007.
Lindsay Lohan the great actress spent 84 hours in jail, completed community service and signed up for the rehabilitation program after pleading guilty to two counts of being under the influence of cocaine and no contest to drink driving and reckless driving.
Shawn Chapman Holley a 22 year-old's lawyer explained to the court that his client(Lindsay Lohan) had switched treatment programs which caused the confusion.In response of Shawn Chapman's explaination, Judge Revel said in future Lohan should provide documentation in advance to avoid complications.
