The actress and singer who is engaged to lawyer turned wrestler David Otunga was joined by close friends and family for a baby shower in Chicago at the weekend, despite previously denying Jennifer Hudson was expecting her first child.
Actress Felicia Fields, a long time friend of the Dreamgirls star said: "It was a baby shower, a quiet gathering of friends and mostly family. They're really trying to keep it kind of quiet. It was a nice time that we had."Although Felicia has refused to say when the baby is due, the Chicago Sun Times newspaper reports Jennifer Hudson has just two months left before Jennifer Hudson gives birth.
When asked if Jennifer had received blue or pink gifts, Felicia told the Chicago Tribune newspaper: "They don't know the gender. More yellow."
