Pondering...

Even with a large quantity of definitions and possible uses for the word “set” it must be used in the right context. There are four different representations that are common within my set of 15 images.

A collection of items - a completion of a series or a chain of objects to create the whole; the sums of its parts usually take the lesser role

Manipulation - arranging, causing or otherwise moving an object to behave in a certain manner; cause and effect

Events to pass over time - by its own behaviour as one would stand and watch it occur and pass by; allowing things to change state

Adjective - to communicate or recall what has been seen or heard; creating an image in memory or recording an experience
