Paris Hilton turns 30
Paris Hilton doesn’t turn 30 until Thursday, but she got the festivities started early in Los Angeles last night.
The birthday girl threw a Moulin Rouge-themed party at the V-Moda fortress, a private house in the Hollywood Hills. Although the party began at 9 p.m., Paris made a fashionably late appearance, arriving around 11 with boyfriend Cy Waits in tow and cameras rolling for her Oxygen reality series.
But instead of making a beeline for the bar, her very first stop was the petting zoo:

Crazy days, but they make me smile
Sorry for the long hiatus! I have been crazy busy this week with getting stuff together for Canada, celebrating my birthday (it's actually April 28th, but I'll be in Canada), and visiting friends. I start work next week at a cute coffee shop on L.B.I. too. It's funny how I am actually so excited to work there, (actually ANYWHERE) at this point. My bday out was accompanied by one to many shots, but it was my "mock" celebration lol. Next week, I am going out to dinner with the fam to my favorite place "Mud City Crab House", then in Canada, I am pretty sure I'll be eating whatever concoctions my dad creates on his little stove.
The "healthy lifestyle" has been touch and go this week, some days I've felt great, but my workout has been on hold since Monday due to all of these crazy days. April is always jammed packed for me.
I lost another 2 pounds, woohoo! I really don't know how exactly, but I feel like with all the strength work with cardio definitely has helped. Changing up your routine really works!
I am off to Philly tonight to celebrate my good friend Charlene's bday and I'll get to see a lot of my college friends I miss so much. I love reunions with them, and I always feel like I am back in college when we are all together. We are going to have lunch at an outdoor place by the river... It's beautiful outside today.
All in all, these days have been crazy but in the midst, I am feeling good. Moving home was hard, leaving Colorado was harder, but days where I spend time with the ones I love, I feel like it was worth it in the end....
Have a great weekend!!

P.S. - I completed the second square foot garden plot... wohoooooooo

One to many celebratory drinks
You would think that I was cramming New Years & Christmas festivities into one night on Thursday with the celebrating we all did.
Me and my friends at Amanda's Hibachi Birthday (I'm second from the left)

Rice heart!!!!
I got a spicy tuna roll with seaweed salad, no hibachi for me.
It was such a fun night though and Amanda had a great birthday. We went out after and AFTER the after where I learned why it is not wise to drink rum and cokes at 3am. All in all it was worth the HEFTY HANGOVER the next day which involved some not so pleasant nausea in the morning. I slept till 2 and ended up having to get a new cellphone because it mysteriously disappeared that night.
Tonight and tomorrow I'll be celebrating Christmas at my Aunt's with my Mom's whole side of the family. My aunt, uncle and 2 cousins from FL will be up too! The 21 year olds are planning on going out tonight and in comparison to the last time we went out with our cousins it should be so much fun!
As you can tell from reading, I bypassed the gym yesterday and won't even be able to go again till Tuesday. Monday is my work training for the Sugar Bowl, so I'll be pretty busy!
I wish you all a great Holiday week and safe travels! Enjoy one another's company
