I took an hour and fifteen minutes tonight and watched Green Lantern: Emerald Knights with my son. Overall, I really liked the show. Lots of action, lots of Green Lanterns, Nathan Fillion doing the voiceover for Hal, lots of coolness.
But there were a lot of outer space fights and stuff blowing up. And the sound for the explosions and ring effects were really loud. During one of the space-based dogfights, I looked at Chandler and said, "You realize that space is a vacuum and there's no sound."
He just looked back at me and said, "Then those explosions are very, very loud."
My kid. He knows stuff.
