Favorites!

I had intended to do a "favorites" post every so often, but didn't follow through!   However, since it is spring and I've been able to get out and about walking now again, I have noticed some of my favorite smells again!   (And, what memories a simple whiff can bring!)

Smells of spring:
Rain
Lilacs
Honeysuckle
Fresh cut grass
Irises

What is your favorite Nursery Rhyme? 

Have you noticed that Nursery Rhymes are not being passed down through generations nearly as much these days?   It's kinda sad that our wee ones may not learn them, so I do make a point to do nursery rhymes, and songs that we have sung through the generations and share them with my grandkids.  

So...tell me ... do you have a favorite nursery rhyme?

Sometimes we do a family email "go round" where we all write a special memory or favorite song...favorite memory...favorite food.   I think I'll do a regular post (not sure how often) of favorites for us to share.

Today, how about a scent?  Is there a special scent that just reminds you of something or someone?  Do you sometimes get a whif of perfume, and think..."that reminds me of my aunt"?

Two of my favorite scents:

Mountain air
Safeguard soap (reminds me of Grandma Elsie)

I have a lot of favorite scents, so this may need repeating at a later date!
